Corporate Services

Company formation, licensing and product compliance — the registrations that make a business able to operate and to sell.

Corporate Services

Corporate services are the recurring obligations of a company that is already operating: its books and tax filings, its municipal and activity licences, its government transactions, its employee records, and its standing with the customers that qualify it. None of it is a project with an end date.

The work that keeps
a company compliant

A company in Saudi Arabia is not finished when it is registered. It files VAT returns, supports an annual audit, renews municipal and activity licences, keeps employee and GOSI records current, transacts with government platforms, and stays qualified with the customers it supplies. Corporate services covers that recurring work, usually as an ongoing arrangement rather than as a project.

Accounting, tax and audit support covers VAT report filing, annual audit support, coordination with your accountants or auditors, and the financial documentation that buyers, banks and authorities ask to see. The aim is records that are ready when they are requested, which is a different standard from records that can be assembled when they are requested.

Licensing and business compliance covers Baladiya (municipal) licensing, Saudi Made registration, local content compliance and the wider corporate compliance obligations that attach to an activity. Each has its own authority, documentation and renewal cycle, and the common failure is not refusal but a lapse nobody was tracking.

PRO and government services is the practical side: government documentation, application coordination across the platforms a company has to deal with, and the administrative follow-up that otherwise consumes a manager's week. HR and administration extends the same support inward — employee documentation, routine HR administration and corporate administrative work, outsourced so a small team is not running a department it does not have.

Corporate communications and vendor qualification is the outward-facing half: corporate representation and communications support, vendor classification, and the qualification documentation customers and partners request before they will award work. It sits beside the vendor registration service under Business Consulting, which handles the major-buyer portals specifically.

The companies that benefit most from this arrangement are the ones whose administrative load has outgrown the person currently absorbing it — usually a finance manager, an office manager or the owner. The work has not become difficult; it has become too varied and too deadline-bound to hold alongside another job, and the first thing to slip is always a renewal date.

Nour Solutions provides documentation, coordination and administrative support. Authorities, auditors and customers keep their own decisions. We do not promise a licence, an approval, a classification or a qualification outcome.

How an ongoing arrangement works

  1. Requirement review

We establish which filings, licences, records and renewals actually apply to your activities and entity type, and which of them are currently behind.

  2. Documentation check

Existing records are reviewed for completeness and consistency, since mismatched legal names, activities, addresses and certificate dates cause most returned applications.

  3. Preparation and submission

Each filing, application or renewal is prepared against the authority's current requirement and submitted through the applicable channel, with the submission recorded.

  4. Tracking and renewal

Expiry dates, filing deadlines and renewal windows are tracked, so the next cycle begins before a deadline rather than after a notice.

Questions

Before you start,
the usual questions

Do you replace our accountant or auditor?

No. We prepare and organise the financial documentation, handle VAT report filing, and support the annual audit by getting records and schedules into the state the auditor needs. The audit opinion stays with the licensed audit firm, and we work alongside whoever holds that appointment.

What is Saudi Made registration, and do we need it?

Saudi Made is a national programme for products manufactured in the Kingdom, and registration can matter where local content is a factor in procurement. Whether it applies depends on what you manufacture and who you sell to, so the first step is checking eligibility rather than preparing an application.

What does local content compliance involve?

Demonstrating the Saudi content in your products, services and workforce, in the form the relevant buyer or programme asks for. The documentation and the calculation basis vary between them, which is why it is handled as a buyer-specific exercise rather than as a single certificate.

Can you handle PRO work without us hiring someone?

That is the usual arrangement. Government documentation, application coordination and administrative follow-up are carried out on your behalf under an agreed scope, which suits companies whose volume of government transactions does not justify a full-time role.

Is HR support operational or advisory?

Operational. Employee documentation, routine HR administration and corporate administrative support are carried out as work rather than recommended as policy, within the scope agreed. Where a decision belongs to the employer — hiring, discipline, pay — it stays with the employer.

How is vendor qualification different from vendor registration?

Vendor registration is the formal process of getting onto a major buyer's supplier portal, and it is covered under Business Consulting. Vendor qualification here is the broader readiness: classification, corporate representation and the documentation customers and partners ask for before awarding work outside those portals.

Can you take on only part of this?

Yes. Most arrangements start with whatever is causing the immediate problem — a filing that is overdue, a licence that has lapsed, an audit that is approaching — and widen once the records are in order. There is no requirement to outsource the whole function to get the part that is urgent dealt with.

What happens to our records if the arrangement ends?

They are yours. Documents, filing history, licence and renewal records and the tracking schedule are handed over in a usable form. An arrangement that leaves a company unable to continue without the provider is a dependency, not a service.
