Five services,
one environment
IT work is only separable on paper. A network segmented for compliance, a cloud workplace with governance applied, an ERP that matches how the business actually invoices, and a support contract that answers when something stops are four descriptions of the same environment. Nour Solutions covers all five areas with one engineering team, which is the practical reason the handovers between them are not themselves a project to manage.
IT infrastructure and network security is the base layer: resilient networks, segmentation, firewalls, access control, endpoint management and monitoring, specified so the design also satisfies the compliance requirements the organisation is already subject to rather than being retrofitted to them a year later.
The cloud workplace is administered as part of managed support rather than sold as a project of its own: tenant and mailbox administration, identity and access, backups, device management and the licensing review that decides which of those are even available to you. ERP and CRM solutions are implemented around existing processes, with data migration and user adoption treated as part of the project rather than as something that happens after go-live.
Business and AI automation removes repetitive manual work from daily operations: approvals, document handling, reporting, and the re-entry of data between two systems that do not talk to each other. Web, digital and technology solutions covers websites, portals and internal digital products, built and then maintained by the same team that built them.
Managed IT support and AMC is what holds the rest together: day-to-day operations under an annual contract with defined response times, so patching, backups, monitoring and user support are a stated responsibility rather than whoever happens to be free. It is also the point at which an environment stops drifting away from the design it was given.
Scope, licensing and timelines depend on the size of the estate, the number of sites and users, what is already in place, and which compliance requirements apply. We assess before we propose, and the proposal states what is included and what is not.
The organisations we work with are rarely starting from nothing. More often there is a network somebody configured years ago, a cloud tenant opened for email and never governed, a business system half the company works around, and support that depends on one person's memory. The first useful deliverable is a written picture of what exists, because almost every decision after that depends on it.
Licensing is treated as part of the design rather than as a line item at the end. It determines which security and governance features are available to an organisation at all, and a tenant licensed below the level its compliance obligations assume is a problem that tends to surface at audit rather than in daily use.
We do not sell a platform we are obliged to recommend. Where a cheaper licence tier, an existing investment or a simpler configuration change achieves what is needed, that is what we propose. Where something genuinely needs replacing, the proposal says why in terms of risk, cost or support status rather than age.
How a technology engagement runs
Environment assessment
We look at what you actually run — network, servers, cloud tenants, business systems, licensing and support arrangements — and at the compliance requirements that constrain any change to them.
Design and scope
A target design and a staged scope are agreed, with licensing, hardware and effort stated, so the decision is made on the whole cost rather than on the first phase of it.
Implementation and migration
Work is delivered in stages that keep the business running, with data migration, cutover and rollback planned rather than improvised, and users prepared before the change reaches them.
Support and improvement
The environment moves onto a support arrangement with defined response times, monitoring and patching, and a review cycle that keeps the design and the reality from diverging again.
Before you start,
the usual questions
Can you take over an environment somebody else built?
Yes, and that is the common case. We document what exists, identify the gaps that matter — unsupported systems, unverified backups, flat networks, licensing that does not match usage — and agree what to correct first. Nothing is rebuilt merely because it was not ours.
What does an AMC cover?
An annual maintenance contract sets out which systems are covered, what is monitored, how quickly we respond to each class of issue, and what sits outside the contract. The point of writing it down is that support stops depending on who happens to be available that day.
Who administers our cloud workplace day to day?
That sits inside managed IT support rather than being a separate engagement: tenant and mailbox administration, identity and access, licence assignment, device enrolment and backup verification, under the same contract and the same response times as the rest of the environment.
Do you implement ERP for a company our size?
Scope matters more than size. An ERP or CRM implementation is worth doing when the processes it will carry are understood well enough to be configured; where they are not, the project becomes a process exercise with software attached. We establish which of the two you are facing before proposing a platform.
Where does AI automation actually help?
In high-volume, rule-bound work: document extraction, approvals, routing, reconciliation, reporting and manual re-entry between systems. It helps least where judgement is the work. We look for the tasks people describe as unavoidable rather than difficult, because those are the ones worth automating.
Can IT work be delivered alongside a compliance programme?
Yes, and it usually should be. Network segmentation, access control, logging, backup and endpoint management are simultaneously IT projects and control requirements under the Saudi cybersecurity frameworks. Building them once, to the standard the framework asks for, costs less than building them twice.
How quickly can support start?
An assessment of the environment comes first, because responding to incidents in a system nobody has documented is guesswork. In practice the assessment and an interim support arrangement can run in parallel, so urgent issues are covered while the longer picture is established.
